Can I change the name on my reservation?

No, you cannot make any changes to the name on the reservation.  Any variations to the name on a booking is to be made at the Hotel, during check-in, accompanied by further Identification for proof.

If you require that someone else checks-in prior to you, we ask that you please insert the name of that person on the ‘Notes’ field on the reservation, so that the hotel is warned of a different person checking-in.


Your guest must also show ID and matching credit card, and if he/she is allowed to check-in by the hotel, he/she will be charged on their credit card.
