If I cancel a reservation, how long will it be before the money is returned into my account?

If you have booked a “Pay at Hotel” dayroom, you can cancel at anytime without penalties and will be charged by the Hotel upon checkin-in.
Yet, we ask the courtesy of canceling prior to your check-in time so that the Hotel can release the inventory to their other guests.
 
If you booked a “Non refundable” dayroom, it is not refundable under any circumstance.
