How do I cancel my reservation?

Yes. If you know that you will not make it in time for the reservation, we urge you to please cancel your booking on our site, by clicking here. Once you cancel your reservation, you will receive an automated notification from us. If you canceled by mistake, you will have to enter a new booking.

Please note that there is no penalties for canceling a Free Cancellation or Pay at Hotel type booking, please try to cancel before your stay time so it allows us to open the inventory again. Keep in mind that simultaneous cancellations will black-list you from our booking again.

You cannot, under any circumstance, receive a refund for a Non-Refundable type booking.
