If you know that you will not make it in time for the reservation, we urge you to please cancel your booking on our site, by clicking here or on the cancellation link on your email voucher.
Once you cancel your reservation, you will receive an automated notification from us. If you canceled by mistake, you will have to enter a new booking.
Please note that there is no penalties for canceling a “Pay at Hotel” booking, yet we ask the courtesy to please cancel before your stay time so that the Hotel can release the room back to regular night stay guests.
As for canceling a “Non-Refundable” booking, you will still get penalized by the Hotel for canceling and/or no-show.
Lastly, please keep in mind that multiple cancellations may lead our system to blacklist you from booking again on our platform.
